Industry-leading warranty

Your Outer Spaces deck and pergola are covered by an industry-leading warranty on structural integrity and surface performance. This includes the aluminium subframe, GroundLock anchoring system, and fully capped composite boards.

If a covered component fails under normal use, we repair or replace it at no cost to you. Full legal terms are available upon request and provided before checkout.

Returns & satisfaction

We work with you before installation to confirm sizing, placement, and configuration. Because every install is custom-confirmed with a specialist, we get it right the first time.

If something isn't right after install, our support team will work with you to resolve it under warranty.

Support response

Contact us by email or phone. We respond to all support requests within one business day.

Warranty claims are handled in-house. No third-party call centers, no automated runarounds. Your specialist knows your project and your configuration.

Shipping & scheduling

After your configuration is confirmed, we schedule a specific install date. All components ship prefabricated and arrive together. No partial deliveries, no waiting on backorders.

If your issue isn't resolved through standard support, ask to escalate. Every escalation is reviewed by a senior team member within 48 hours.
