No, since the Outer Spaces Freestanding Deck and Pergola are sized at 120 sq. ft., it doesn't require a permit. However, please check your local HOA guidelines for specific rules.

What tools are needed to assemble the deck and pergola?

Our team brings all the tools needed for assembly. The only requirement is access to a single outlet for the ground screw installation.

What is the warranty and longevity of the deck and pergola?

The Outer Spaces Freestanding Deck and Pergola comes with a 10-year limited warranty.

Can my sloped backyard accommodate this deck and pergola?

Yes, to a certain degree. Most backyards have a 3-5% grade for proper drainage. The Outer Spaces Freestanding Deck and Pergola can be installed with a maximum height of 12” at the highest point. Any higher may require a step, which is not currently part of our offering. During the on-site consultation, we will discuss options to ensure your satisfaction and safety.
