Pre-sale orders will begin shipping based on production schedule. We will contact you 2-3 weeks before your scheduled production date to confirm final details and installation timeline. Typical lead time is 8-12 weeks from order confirmation, with one-day professional installation included.

Yes! Your $100 deposit is transferable to another model or installation date. You can upgrade from OS1 to OS1 Haven, or adjust your delivery timeline without penalty. However, the deposit itself is non-refundable if you cancel your order entirely.

Discounts are applied to MSRP based on order timing: Tier 1 (first 10 orders) gets 40% off, Tier 2 (next 10 orders) gets 30% off, and Tier 3 (all remaining orders through Dec 31, 2025) gets 20% off. Your tier is locked in when you place your deposit.
