Pre-sale orders will begin shipping based on production schedule. We will contact you 2-3 weeks before your scheduled production date to confirm final details and installation timeline. Typical lead time is 8-12 weeks from order confirmation, with one-day professional installation included.

Yes! Before finalizing payment with our sales team, you can change your product selection, upgrade from OS1 to OS1 Haven, or adjust your delivery timeline. Your locked-in discount tier remains valid as long as you complete your order.

No payment is required to reserve your spot. Simply provide your contact information and our sales team will reach out to discuss your order and collect payment when you're ready to proceed. Your discount tier is locked in at the time of reservation.

Discounts are applied to MSRP based on reservation timing: Tier 1 (first 10 reservations) gets 40% off, Tier 2 (next 10 reservations) gets 30% off, and Tier 3 (all remaining reservations through Dec 31, 2025) gets 20% off. Your tier is locked in when you submit your reservation.
